Terms & Conditions

By visiting Whistle & Bloom, all visitors acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with being on a working farm and flower park. These risks may include, but are not limited to, personal injury, uneven or slippery ground, changing weather conditions, insect stings, animal interactions, and the actions of other visitors.

Whistle & Bloom accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. Visitors enter the property at their own risk, and Whistle & Bloom shall not be held liable for any injury sustained while on site.

Whilst all reasonable care and attention is taken to ensure visitor safety, Whistle & Bloom and its staff do not accept any liability or responsibility for any claim, loss, damage, personal injury, loss or damage to personal property, inconvenience, costs, expenses, delays, or irregularities of any kind arising from any circumstances during your visit.

A basic first aid kit and bee sting treatment will be available at the entrance area. Visitors with known severe allergies, particularly to bees or insect stings, are advised to take appropriate precautions before visiting. Please note that Whistle & Bloom does not supply EpiPens on site. Whistle & Bloom is not liable for any allergic reactions or medical events that may occur during your visit.

Visitor Responsibilities

Visitors must ensure there is a designated caregiver, aged 18 years or older, responsible for all children aged 10 years and under. Children must be supervised at all times.
Visitors must not engage in any illegal activities while on the property. The use of drugs or excessive alcohol is strictly prohibited. Whistle & Bloom operates on unlicensed premises.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the farm property and must be done off-site.
While much of the farm is relatively flat and accessible, some areas may be grassy, uneven, or muddy, particularly in wet conditions. Visitors with mobility concerns should take care and plan their visit accordingly.
Feeding animals is only permitted using food provided by Whistle & Bloom. Visitors must not climb fences or enter animal enclosures unless under direct staff supervision.
